Balance due 30 days before check in. Credit Cards can NOT be used for Balance due at check in.
Other Rules and Reminders
- $25.00 fee for replacement keys
- No Pets
- 2 parking spaces will be provided per unit. Must display parking permit distributed at check in at all times. Marina View will not be responsible for towing or and damage to vehicles.
- No smoking ONLY. The property is a smoke free environment.
REPAIRS / DAMAGE:
To avoid being charged for damages: Please report any malfunction of appliances or air conditioning or damage/breakage to the office as soon as possible and we will make every effort to remedy the situation in a timely manner.
Check-in is AFTER (2:00 p.m.) and Check-out (10:00 a.m.) times must be strictly observed to allow ample time for cleaning and inspections.
UNITS ARE TO BE LEFT FREE OF TRASH & FOOD. DISHWASHERS STACKED AND RUNNING (IF NEEDED) UPON DEPARTURE.
The management is not responsible for loss of, or damage to any personal property or valuables (including vehicles) left unattended on the premises or in individual condominiums.
